Is HYPOXI Training for Women Only?
No, HYPOXI is suitable for both men and women of all fitness levels and ages. Throughout the training session your heart rate and skin temperatures are constantly monitored. HYPOXI training does not require any particular degree of physical fitness and is perfect for anyone who is wanting to get back into exercise for the first time in years. In our studio, each individual’s training session is customized to meet their needs.

How do I get started ?
Initially, you will need to book a consultation in order for a therapist to assess your requirements and objectives.  This session also allows the opportunity to learn more about this unique system and work through a training schedule.  You can contact us to schedule your complimentary session.

How much time do I need ?
The initial consultation is 15 minutes.
The HYPOXI training session is only 30 minutes.
The HYPOXI Cellulite session is only 20 minutes.
THe HYPOXI Combination therapy consists of both a cellulite and a training session for 50 minutes.

How often do I come ?
Your HYPOXI trainer will help you every step of the way!
For best results, 3 training sessions per week are recommended. Sessions can be completed consecutively or any combination of days.
We are open Mon-Sat by appointment only .

What clothing should I bring with me ?
We provide a special HYPOXI under-suit for our Vacunaut and Dermology sessions.  Otherwise, a comfortable loose fitting t-shirt,  jogging pants, socks and tennis shoes for our S120 and L250 training sessions.

Is there a special diet I need to follow ?
We do have a few guidelines that will increase your HYPOXI results:

On your HYPOXI Training Day:

  • Eat approx. 2 hours before your session.
  • Consume a meal consisting of a protein and a carb (preferably a whole grain product).

After your HYPOXI Training Session:

  • Do not eat for 2 hours after your session, only water is allowed.
  • Consume a meal with protein and vegetables.
  • Limit carbs for a minimum of 6-8 hours.

Non-Hypoxi Days :

  • Avoid sugar , alcohol and foods high in fat.
  • Drink 2-3 liters of water.

Can I still exercise or do sports during the program ?
Yes!  You can still incorporate cardio, light weight training, and do sports on your non-Hypoxi days.  No sports or exercise after you’ve completed a  HYPOXI session. If you must have a sport activity on the same day, please participate at least 4 hours before your HYPOXI session.  Most clients sign up for HYPOXI as an alternative to their gym membership, as they can achieve significant results in a shorter time frame.

When do I start seeing results ?
HYPOXI has exploded all over the world because it meets the demands of both women and men looking to burn fat and reduce cellulite, fast.  Results are typically seen the first week of training. In 4-5 weeks, most clients see a full dress size loss.  Your results with HYPOXI differ depending on your initial physique and ending goal.  Most clients achieve their goal during a period of 1-4 months.

Who should not do HYPOXI ?
You will be required to complete a client information form when you attend our studio, as there are certain illnesses & conditions which prelude people from undertaking the training sessions.
Anyone with serious illness of :

  • heart and circulatory system
  • the blood vessels
  • the metabolism
  • the bones and muscles
  • pregnant women
  • inflammation of the veins

Generally, if your doctor recommends exercise either walking on treadmill or cycling then you can do it!  If in doubt, we recommend you speak to a medical professional, as your safety is paramount to us.
